Subscription Box Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 15th of the first month – example: March-April (May 15) via Email info@tawawnlowe.com.
If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund – example: March-April (April 10).
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TENTH DAY OF THE FIRST MONTH IN THE BI-MONTLY CYCLE, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT BI-MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
